Canceled: Trench Rescue (TRRE)

Class Description

This course will introduce the student to the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and effectively perform complex rescue operations in collapsed trench excavations. Course work will include practical drills and demonstration in simulated trench excavations.

Student Needs: Pen/pencil, hard hat or helmet, work boots (steel toe preferred), eye protection, gloves, appropriate work clothes

Prerequisites:  ELIS or equivalent discipline-specific training in occupational safety

Class Limit: 30 Students

Con-Ed: 2 Hours Clinical Patient
